Dispatch support, not a guarantee
We offer remote dispatch support. Support may include helping find freight, discussing rates with brokers, handling broker communication, and coordinating day-to-day dispatch updates according to an agreed process.
We do not guarantee:
- a specific freight rate or “best” market rate;
- a minimum number of loads per week or month;
- that every load found will be accepted, available, or booked;
- detention, layover, or accessorial outcomes;
- income, profit, or empty-mile results.
Your approval controls booking
Nothing is booked outside the approval process you agree to. An inquiry on this website is a request for contact. It is not load booking authority and not a signed dispatch contract.
Carrier remains responsible for compliance
Owner-operators and carriers remain responsible for their own:
- operating authority and registrations;
- insurance coverage and certificates;
- safety, CSA, and related compliance obligations;
- driver qualification and hours-of-service / ELD rules where they apply;
- equipment condition and cargo claims processes under their own agreements;
- contracts with brokers, shippers, and factoring companies.
Dispatch support does not replace those responsibilities. Required documents for working together are confirmed during onboarding. This site does not claim that specific filings or documents are already completed for every visitor.
Independent relationship
Using this website does not make you an employee, partner, or joint venturer of Hammad Dispatch Solutions. Any working relationship starts only when both sides agree to a dispatch arrangement and process.
Market and third-party factors
Brokers, shippers, weather, road conditions, facility delays, and market demand can change quickly. Outcomes involving third parties are outside our sole control.

Site content is general and can change. Pricing is discussed individually and is not published as a fixed public rate on this site. Photographs are stock images used for illustration. Trucks shown are not client equipment.
