A paid dispatch arrangement, if one is made, is agreed separately in writing or by another clear process we both accept. Browsing this site or sending an inquiry does not create a dispatch contract by itself.

Who we are

Hammad Dispatch Solutions provides remote truck dispatch support for U.S. owner-operators and small carriers. Typical support can include load search, rate discussion with brokers, broker communication, and related day-to-day dispatch coordination, subject to what is agreed for each carrier.

Nature of the service

This website describes dispatch support. Sending an inquiry or reading this site does not, by itself, create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or freight-brokerage arrangement. Any specific authority, permissions, or broker-related roles are confirmed only if and when a separate dispatch arrangement is put in place.

Photographs on this site are stock images for illustration. Trucks shown are not client equipment and do not represent a specific carrier's fleet.

No rate, load, or income guarantee

Freight markets change. Rates, transit times, detention, accessorials, and load availability depend on lane, equipment, timing, broker terms, weather, and other factors outside our control. Nothing on this website promises a specific rate, a minimum number of loads, a level of income, or that every load found will be suitable or booked.

Carrier approval and booking authority

Nothing is booked outside the approval process you agree to. An inquiry does not authorize booking. Until a dispatch arrangement and approval process are agreed, communications from this website are for information and follow-up only.

Carrier responsibilities

The carrier remains responsible for its own operating authority, insurance, safety compliance, driver qualification, equipment condition, hours-of-service and ELD compliance where applicable, and all obligations under the carrier's agreements with brokers, shippers, or factoring parties. Dispatch support does not transfer those responsibilities to Hammad Dispatch Solutions.

Specific documents needed for onboarding are confirmed during setup. This website does not invent or list unverified legal document requirements as if they were already completed.

Inquiries and contact form

The contact form opens your email app with a draft message. Information is not stored on this website server. If you send the email, we receive it like ordinary business correspondence and may use it to respond about dispatch support, onboarding, and pricing.

Website use

You may use this site for lawful purposes related to learning about our dispatch support and contacting us. Do not misuse the form, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for unauthorized commercial use, or submit false or abusive information.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding are provided by Hammad Dispatch Solutions. Stock photographs are used under the licenses of their providers (including Pexels and Unsplash) and remain subject to those licenses.

Limitation of website liability

This website and its content are provided for general information. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Hammad Dispatch Solutions is not liable for decisions made solely based on website content, temporary site outages, or email delivery issues outside our control. A separate dispatch arrangement may include additional terms that control the working relationship.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site or service process changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms for website use.
