What this site collects

The dispatch inquiry form asks for your name, company name, email, phone number, number of trucks, equipment type, current truck location, preferred lanes, and an optional message. You may also confirm that you understand the inquiry is not a booking authorization and that you accept the website terms and privacy notice.

Submitting the form does not save that information on this website. It opens your email application with the details filled in, so you can send them to us. If you send the email, we receive it like any other message.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to respond about dispatch support, onboarding, and pricing; to understand your equipment and operating needs; and to keep ordinary business correspondence. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We do not sell form inquiries. If you later begin a dispatch arrangement, we may share only what is needed for that work with parties you authorize (for example, brokers contacted on your behalf under your agreed process). Your email provider and ours process message delivery as part of normal email.

Retention

Email correspondence is kept as long as needed for business follow-up, dispute handling, and ordinary records, then deleted or archived according to our internal practice. Because the website itself does not store form submissions, there is no website database of inquiries to export.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set analytics cookies and does not run a tracking pixel. Your browser may still store ordinary technical data needed to load the page.

Children

This site is intended for business contact with trucking operators and related professionals. It is not directed at children.
